2012年11月，日本共同社電視臺專訪，即興畫習近平總書記的畫像擅長，讓人刮目相看。

2013年元宵節(jié)，世界明鏡特別節(jié)目《中國新的領(lǐng)導人—習近平》新聞紀錄片，應德國電視一臺特邀，現(xiàn)場揮毫畫習主席肖像。駐外大使館賀電！國際眾多新聞媒體轉(zhuǎn)載。
